Biggest DIY store in Koto-Ku. Wide variety of stuff, from kitchen utensils to electric drill, lights etc. You can rent a Van for Free! Its only free if you live closeby because you can rent it for 60 minutes if my memory is correct. Great for moving some bigger things. First floor has an electronic store, Yamada denki I believe and a few smaller stores. No free bicycle parking! Close to the station.

Biggest hardware store that I know of that is somewhat in central Tokyo. You can get pretty much anything here for your DIY stuff. Also has a pet shop, Nojima for electronic goodies, a supermarket, and a large candy store (all on 2nd floor). Supermarket also frequent has 50% off sales on steaks, both for Aussie and fatty wagyu cuts.

Everything.... from the garden to the bedroom. I spent the entire afternoon here and still haven't seen the whole store. Awesome for home renovating.
