Worst logistics operation I’ve ever seen. No food they serve here is worth the ridiculous incompetency of the staff.

Yes, their new chicken sandwich is GREAT. Delicious sandwich that in my opinion beats the other fast food places hands down, but not worth stabbing or running someone over to get one like what happened when it first came out.

When I want spicy n crunchy, I go here. I love their tiny biscuits, I like their spicy sausage gravy with mash potatoes. My favorite is their butterfly shrimp.

The lines were crazy but the staff wasn't helping themselves. They were very slow and that caused some of the line issues. Biscuits were good, but small. Fries were delicious. Very slow. No chicken was ready! Order the new chicken sandwich. Bread was burned. Apple pie was great! French fries was greasy.

This location: Garners Ferry road is selling fake chicken sandwiches. The buns, chicken, pickles have all been altered. I brought it to the managers attention and she stated that’s how it’s supposed to be. Absolutely not, I’ve had the real” sandwich a few times before and know the difference! The first timers wouldn’t know. I’ve called corporate and sent pics and video! I would give the restaurant a 0 if I could!

Worst service i have ever had. Consistently sit in the druve through for no shorter than 30 minutes. My boyfriend and i time it every time. They are never busy so there is no reason for this. Every time we get to the window where we sit for at least 20 minutes, we can see usually at least 5 employees and no one working

There's no professionalism. Rude staff and waitresses. Never smile. Cold sandwiches

The spicy chicken sandwich is awesome. But the 20 to 30 minute wait was terrible. The store is very busy. But the employees should spend less time conversing in the back while customers are feeling frustrated after they paid their money.

Popeyes always has great chicken but this time when I went it seems like they were out of almost everything. No chicken sandwich! No po-boy! No french fries! The manager talked to me and she it reassured me that on my next visit I would be completely satisfied.

Great food. One employee there went out of her way to help me while I was in the drive through waiting.

I wen't here to try the chicken sandwich and i must say it was good. Mu chicken was nice and crispy and the fries were hot. I mean the food is always good here but i was please with the sandwich. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two times I actually had the patience to wait over an hour in the drive through for the new chicken sandwiches, I asked for no pickles on it and got told that they, "will not modify food". I'm guessing they do this because they're lazy and busy with selling all of the sandwiches but that's no excuse. This woman yells at me everytime I ask for no pickles! Deserves to be fired!

Very slow always waiting on food needs better trained workers instead of a body.

Best chicken ever. Hope they have one back home in Oklahoma.
