Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Dinner time and workers move like turtles... No one greeted customers or even acknowledged our presence. I realize it's almost 7pm, but you have cars lined around the building and people in the store not being attended to. . .no matter how good the product is , keep this up and we won't come.

Not sure what’s going on here. Was there at 11AM and drive through was serving but the dining room was closed and doors were locked. Several customers trying to get in but no signs or employees saying why doors are locked.

Great chicken, at a kinda high price

Literally 3 cars in drive through. Still waiting for food 10 minutes later. Been to numerous locations during the chicken sandwich craze and none this bad. Last time I was here it was 25 minutes waiting. This location just stinks. Don’t come to this one unless you want to waste your life away waiting.

Place was packed but food was ready quick and it was fresh.

Although this is a new location and my 1st visit. The service was fast, friendly and great. The food was awesome as well. It was made fresh and it was hot just like me and my family like it. Way to go Popeyes. Thank you for your excellence.

Even during a pandemic you can’t get a to-go order correct? An order placed online?! That’s really sad. I literally lists everything out for you! Won’t be returning or ordering from this location again. Get your act together! Really pathetic!

Unpleasant visit. Staff is rude, I'm asking a question at the window and the individual persists to hold a personal conversation with another employee not even recognizing I'm even talking. Then as I'm sitting there she walks away from the window, and another rude employee says"Pull up there" meaning away from the window to wait for food.I then waited another 10 minutes with none coming to provide status of what's going on with my order. As I'm getting ready to get out of the car to go get my money back someone comes out with my food...NOT providing all of it so I had to back inside anyway. The worst Popeye's I visited. These corporations just don't realize the injustice people hired give their business a bad name or they just don't care as long as the money continues to roll in.

Very nice and polite but inside is way faster than the drive-thru

Much better than tonight then previous visits. Manager was on top of items running low.

Service was the worst I have ever had at a fast food chain

The chicken has a good taste. It's warm, juicy, crispy and tender. The employees are very friendly.

They charge items that they don't even have , the customer service it's awful...

Food is good and hot. Love the different side items and the regular and spicy choices. Great change of pace!

It was busy but I feel it went smoothly. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich 😍👌
