Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

A great, we'll run Popeyes. There was a long line when we got there but was through it in under 5 minutes. They were non-stop busy the entire time we were there and the crew handled it with flying Colors! The Hyde Park Popeyes is a pleasant surprise compared to my previous experiences with several other stores. The worst being Covington, Kentucky. Great job Hyde Park Popeyes! That entire crew deserves promotions and raises.

Food is average I could have made at home and save my coins...drive-thru customer service is terrible. My 2nd time coming back and disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Popeyes food is solid. One star lost cause it's a fastfood chain and it's never going to reach that 5 star level. One start lost because the staff are just grouchy. I don't know what it is but I don't feel I've ever been treated friendly at ANY Popeyes. It's not just this one, it's all of them. I'll still go I just accept that I'm never going to walk out smiling.

To be a small place, it was very well organized. I really appreciate the service of the employees and the people, in my opinion the prices are good. For those curious people, there is also a gas station, and products store with other drink options. They also provided me free extra boxes to take the left overs with me.

I've been employed in Rookwood Pavilion 7+ years. My coworkers and I frequently visit Popeyes . Jocelyn (mgr) along with her crew are the best. Thank you for giving us great customer service.😊

Slowest service I’ve every come across. This isn’t fast food, this is a slower than molasses drive thru experience. Don’t come hungry, you’ll have plenty of time to get hungry while waiting to order. Been in line over 20 minutes now and I’m still not at the order window yet. Had a max of 5 cars ahead of me.

They give you the wrong order. They give you more bic.and the wrong piece of chicken.

My first time at this location and the service there was wonderful. My complicated order was correct down to them remembering utensils 😁

Popeyes....THE PLACE for fried chicken....yo go here expecting nice crispy flavorful chicken. Instead, you get soggy partially battered room temperature mass of brown sponge. Disappointed.....Maybe I didn't go during peak hours but this place doesn't uphold Popeyes quality standard.

I've been to this Popeyes location numerous times, but yesterday was the absolute worse. I took my niece to get some food while I waited in the car. It took 30 minutes to get her food. It has never taken this long. I've waited maybe 5 minutes at most. She was informed when she went in that it would take 3 minutes to make her food. After 15 minutes I called to see why she hadn't received her food. She didn't know so I told her to go ask. When she got to the counter she found out that a worker dropped her food. Her food had to be done again. When her food was brought to the car it still wasn't right. She had to go back into the restaurant so they could fix her order. I'm not sure if I will be back at this location.

Shut it down, start a new with new staff members that knows how to turn off the ghetto inconsiderate attitudes and have respect for the job at hand. Food was sort of fresh but made wrong. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwich without sauce and I couldn't come back just a waste

Nothing wrong with the sandwich, its just that I may prefer Chicfille over Popeyes.

Popeye's in a gas station. Who would've thought this place was so good. We got in there just in the nick of time because by the time we sat down the line was almost out the door. Service was fast and courteous. The food was hot and fresh. We will go back again.

Don't go when they are busy - order gets messed up every time.
