Loved it, service awesome, clean. First time ever to Popeyes, chicken sandwich was better than could have expected. Priced right too. Other chicken places, and you know who I mean, don't compare. Love that chicken at Popeye's ❤

The managers here are argumentative and rude. Ben specifically refuses to aid in the correct and accurate training of his staff and 5 out of 5 times in 45 days this location has ruined my family's meal by missing or mistaking multiple items. I do not like to complain about fast food workers but this has become absolutely unacceptable and the managers refuse to ever fix their mistakes.

Awful experience, terrible management. Placed a mobile order through the Popeyes App for pickup and paid. After arriving and waiting 45+ minutes I was informed by Lisa, who made it obvious she doesn’t enjoy her job, that her manager disabled mobile orders and our order should not have been able to be placed. I showed her my mobile receipt and informed her that I have already paid and would either like my food or a refund. She informed me I would have to dispute the charge with my bank and if I wanted food I would have to wait in line and reorder pay again. I asked to speak to the manager and Lisa told me he was too busy to come up to speak with me. I waited and eventually the manager Benjamin came up to tell me there’s nothing he can do for me and to call my bank and dispute the charge. Unacceptable service and unacceptable management. I figured I would give Popeyes a chance but they have made it clear they cannot handle the hype. A missed opportunity.

Love the black culture in this restaurant with chicken and monkeys around me. Wish they had grape soda though

Too much hype over the sandwich, it was nothing special. I definitely would not go back for it and especially not wait in a line for it again. It was just a big piece of meat under seasoned and dry. Very disappointing. Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is much much better.

Just walking past their store this morning and notice there must have been a manager outside making the store look pristine. Kudos sir!

Great Food but very slow talkative employees. Waited 45 minutes for a family meal to be put together. Thought they had to chase the chickens and kill them to cook them.

I asked for a spicy chicken no pickle and it had pickle and the bread was really dry and so was the chicken and the fries where cold !!

Asked my mom if she wanted some popeyes. She said ahe never had it. I went off telling her how good it is . I got home and the tenders were so dry and hard like they have been sitting all day. Bread was hard. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Fries were good tho.

Very Very fast service Excellent customer service and One good as Hell Chicken Sandwich

First day if lent and they were out of fish early. Didn't give me any sauce. Otherwise normal popeyes

It is a pretty good chicken sandwich, far from life changing but good. Hint:go with the spicy!
