The food was sooo good!! The staff was very very sweet!! Would give a 5 star but I literally waited over 30 minutes for my meal and I placed my order within 2 minutes. Ms.Kay and the young lady at the register were so darling. So was the young man helping out Ms.Kay. Despite the very long wait, in a way, it was worth it.

Good food but never less than a 20-30 minute wait. They also randomly open late, maybe from being short staffed. Came at 10:30(they open at 10) and they said they’re opening at 11:15. Super unprofessional.

Food was good. They forgot to give me any napkins. The drive thru is like a prison window.

Terrible. Don't waste your time. After waiting 20 minutes to get to the speaker, there were static at the speaker and could not hear anything. So I drove up to drive thru window and the manager said they can't take orders at the window and I have to come inside or go back through the drive thru. Lousy customer service.

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, which was not the problem since I was stoked to try the chicken sandwich for the first time. Ordered two classics and two large red beans and rice. Got our order and they gave me the spicy version, which was just too much for me. Returned to the restaurant and went inside to get the correct sandwich. Manager could have cared less, no apology, in fact didn’t say anything. Just handed me the correct sandwich and walked away. Food was excellent, service sucked.

They totally mess up the orders and I ordered three boxes and they didn’t get it at all, and I saw the mess up at least three people’s orders and that’s prolly why it always takes forever to get foodz. Also saw people argue over there

If you work and have a lunch break, forget even going here. The service is so horrible it takes them 40 minutes to give you a meal. Not a chicken sandwich. Just a meal. This has happened four times to me. My shortest wait time for a 3 piece they had sitting behind them was 25 minutes. Had I not asked for my money back, no one would have gotten the chicken, sitting right behind them, and put the meal together which took them 2 minutes.It's a shame because the food here was good. But it's not worth the long wait times. It's obvious from the constant busy waiting que inside how badly things run here. They call the waiting orders out of number, and never seem to be organized. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Fast food Incapable of being fast wether they are busy or not. Does not seem able to keep adequate stock of all menu items at all times, like you know, every other fast food restaurant.

Finally tried the chicken sandwich and it's really good. However, I was more impressed with the customer service of the staff which was kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Very slow service. Not single time have I gone here and they havent forgotten something(sauces usually). The chicken is good though..

I really like Popeyes, especially the spicy chicken sandwich. Anytime I've gotten food here, it's been great. The problem is getting the food. A couple of times they were out of chicken sandwiches and popcorn shrimp. Another time, we had to wait 30 minutes to get our food. And most recently, we showed up at 11:10 (they should've opened at 10) and I was told they wouldn't be opening for another 30 minutes. Unfortunately this establishment is just a hot mess!

This is the slowest fast food place in town, but I still love that chicken from Popeyes. Sing it with me! LOOOOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!

Love the spicy chicken! Taste great carry out or dine in. Hard working employees at Popeyes!I tried and really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Did not realize the spicy chicken sandwich isnt made with spicy chicken but rather spicy sauce. Which is way too salty for my taste!There is usually a wait at Popeyes but the wait is usually no longer than 14 minutes and totally worth the wait!

I’ve just recently begun my affair with Popeyes since moving to Michigan and the food at this store is great! On occasion, I will notice some cons;The lobby has been a bit dirty a couple of times, but nothing serious (I’ve worked fast food and I know when it’s busy that gets put off!), also me and my boyfriend have encountered a few workers that weren’t too pleased to be helping us, but again I understand the fast food life isn’t always stress free.I will say, however, besides a couple sour apples the staff are very nice and accommodating and I see myself coming here again for sure! :)
