only reason for 4 stars is because male cashier verbally told he was distracted in taking my order because he was tryin' to speak with the Fam...later to find out it was his BF and the baby momma! seemed he didnt correctly take my order because lady that was nice to ask what my order was. I've always gotten the best service here!! waters ave and Hillsborough Ave need to get some training from this staff ESPECIALLY WATER AVE!

It's been a while since I have been to The House Brasserie....loved it. Great experience,friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing flavors! Love the ambiance and setting. Ribeye was cooked to perfection,salmon had great flavor and had a few sides that were all so done so nicely.

Location is not the most convenient to get to BUT the service is fantastic. The food was amazing!! Nice and juicy. We got the new chicken sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious. We love Popeyes chicken and that this locaton, you can't go wrong.

This location is great! People always friendly and making sure I get my food fast and hot! Today they did leave some things off my ticket and I had to go back in. BUT they took care of me. No questions asked. They made sure I had what I needed and ordered and made my meal whole. They had me smiling from start to finish and the comradeship between the workers made the place feel comfortable. Thank you for always taking care of me and my family!

I’ve heard and heard about this famous chicken sandwich. To help with context I’m from Australia and we don’t have Popeyes so this was a big dayAnd today’s the day I got to try it.The chicken sandwich didn’t disappoint the flavours amazing the crunchyness of the chicken was on point and the chicken itself was cooked perfect. Pop eyes chicken sandwich is the actual best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.Highly recommend.I’d have given 5 stars but this Junkie ruined my lunch when she came into the store and ask for money upon my refusal and told her to please leave me alone I’m trying to enjoy my first ever Popeyes chicken sandwich she started mouthing off telling me I hope you choke and die on your lunch and that she’s gonna wait outside for me.PS she didn’t wait

Service was okay. Food was great. Warning: avoid the drive through unless you don't mind waiting 15 minutes to place your order. Go inside and place your order for faster service.

This is actually 1 place that really cooks the chicken. Normally everything is on point here. Unfortunately I ate here yesterday I had a shrimp box and chicken wing. And something was not right, I had a BLOW up,, 😮😬🤢😩..my stomach said NO! , Sooo use your mind on that one come of that. Ask for fresh chicken or pass altogether..

The singing drive through was an excellent touch. The young lady working the drive through was awesome. Made sure our orders were correct and as polite as any one I've ever encountered working a drive through window. Only complaint is I ordered 5 chicken strips, and two of them were incredibly small. Together they might have equaled a real chicken strip.

Employees gave great customer service. Chicken was very good. But why don't you sell bottle water?

First visit and second visit my orders were incorrect. Third time is not the charm as my order had the sides and extra biscuits but was missing the chicken sandwich. How do you miss that. Food was fresh and good but I always have to check the bag and 3 out of 3 times it's been missing something

Good quality fast food. Temperature of the food is a little hit or miss. It's never cold, just kind of lukewarm sometimes.

Food was fantastic, order was perfect, only reason for 4 stars was time. Only 3 cars ahead of us in drive through and it took 24 minutes in line. Chicken sandwich was incredible, bread was so good. Worth the wait, just unlikely to go back if ever in a rush.

I hand the chicken sandwich it was ok but the Buttermilk butterflied shrimpWas way better then the chicken sandwich could eat that shrimp all day long it was that good
