Best chicken in town as long as you get the actual bone-in chicken. The breast strip bucket was mediocre. I suspect it could be frozen.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. 40 minutes into the wait and all we have gotten are our drinks. The management of this place us terrible. Would not recommend.

I ordered online for delivery 29 dollars worth of chicken sandwiches (5) for my family and when the delivery person came it was a chicken strip meal with a drink. The doordash person said she went back to popeyes and spoke with a manger and the manger admitted that they screwed up on alot of stuff and that supposedly my order didnt come thru which i dont understand when i got a notification saying they confirmed my order and the a doordash person would be delivering. So the manager told the driver to have me call today and speak with the general manager so my whole order could be replaced so now im waiting on this general manager to call back. If he fixes this then i will change my rating. But oan the chicken sandwiches are really good.

Chicken sandwich wasn't available still Frozen for another hour. The chicken tenders mashed potatoes and coleslaw were tasteless. Felt like I was eating cardboard. But the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Tastes great but order was completely wrong and several things were missing.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Staff looked homely. Order was wrong. Manager was incompetent.

Can we score places a 1/2 star? Because a full star is giving them too much credit. Customer service, price of food and the quality of the food is horrible. The managers even argue with customers when popeyes is in the wrong.. and tell the customers they can just "git" on out. This place should be listed as a hard pass!

Good food. DO NOT DO DELIVERY!!!! I ordered through Grubhub. Restaurant was less than 2 miles away. Took 50 mins to get my food. 35 mins of that, the driver was there waiting (he was awesome). Ordered 16 piece strip family meal, half/half 2 sides, 8 biscuits, 6 sauces. did get extra strips. no clue if they were spicy or mild. ZERO biscuits. ZERO sauces. Check Grubhub reviews. Not the only one. :(

Most of the food was good and the staff was accommodating, but one piece of chicken had done kind of goop on it, and when we opened it there was some kind of....fuzz....After taking it back up they replaced it but we got some attitude from the kitchen. Not bad, but I'm changing this from a 3 star visit to a 2 star visit. I'm hoping this isn't common.

First visit to a Popeyes. The chicken was just what I would call average. Nothing impressive. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were good even though I didn't order any, and they got my order incorrect. The biscuits were very good. All in all none of the food was bad, though it wasn't served very hot, and the service was bad. The person working the counter was a bit rude. The dining room was a mess. From the soda fountain being a sticky mess to all the tables being dirty, to the restrooms needing serious attention. The whole place was just dirty, and the attitudes of the staff gave you the idea that could care less about much.

Waited in drive-thru when only two cars in front of me for over 15 minutes. When I was at the window to pay. I noticed the woman wearing latex gloves was chewing on her fingers in her gloves. The girl next to her had no gloves on and was sticking her fingers and rubbing her eyelids. Way to go for helping the spread of covid-19. Not to mention almost everyone there looked like they were on meth. Popeyes you win the award for being the filthiest restaurant I've been to in a long time

This was my second attempt to go here. On my first attempt, the tolf me it would be about 6 mins for fresh tenders which I was excited about. I get up to the window since no one was ahead of me and got my "food" right away. As I'm driving home I decided I wanted to try my tenders and the were raw, very raw. This time around I checked online to see what time they were open till. It said ten. I pull in at 930, workers were still inside but almost all the lights were off, all outside lights were off and no one answered the drive thru. I will most likely not return

Popeyes is my favorite fast food restaurant but this location the food is never good it always taste like it has been sitting around for a long period of time the chicken sandwiches which are amazing this location does not make them well at all.

Orderes three of the new chicken sandwich with two French fries and two Apple pies. In the drive thru. When we arrived home we had the sandwiches and fries. Very good and tasty sanwiches. A large amount of fries. But no Apple pies......which we had paid for. I called the store and the manager said we could come back and get them and she would give me two extra ones for my trouble. Which after eating our food we drove back to get them. So glad we did they are DELIIC!IOUIS !!!!

Sorry other places....best fast food chicken sandwich by a mile. It is chicken sandwich perfection.
