The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious! Just keep in mind it's spicy!

Really good chicken with the worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. The manager is screaming at all the employees at the top of her lungs and it took over 20 minutes to get the order and it was not that busy

Today I went to popeyes #12102 and had the most disrespectful customer service ever. I waited in line for 15 mins and witnessed 8 customers walk out. They left because there was no acknowledgement from the employees. But I waited patiently to place my order and when I finally placed the order. The guy stated that he had to take orders and make food. Then I noticed the manager came from in the back and instead of her speaking she just went and started making mashed potatoes. This not the first time that this has happened. I love Popeye's but this one is making Ovals have a bad name. Please get someone in there to educate on customer service. And a smile goes along way.

So close to work, but I’m done with the terrible service, it is by far the worst I’ve seen in a fast food establishment. Slow is a understatement!!!

When I'm craving Louisiana southern food, popeyes hits the spot. Its delicious, affordable and family friendly atmosphere. What can I say.. its popeyes! 👍👏

Wait in the drive thru was extremely long.. Only for the cashier to be rude and sound like she hated her job

Chicken was very good, drive threw very slow, but they where overwhelmed with customers so I give them a pass. I am very fond of the mash potatoes.. Delicious

Terrible service, bad employees all the way around, so many customers waiting for long periods of time, no sense of urgency and rude. The owner/operator should fire at least half of them, bring in new people, and pay them better, maybe then they will worry about losing their job. Continue getting rid of people until theres a team of competence.

Cleanest Popeye's I've ever been to, if not the cleanest fast-food restaurant ever. Entire place was spotless, service was fantastic and food was fresh. 👌🏽 If it's Popeye's you're looking for, this is the one you want to go to.

Food is good, but the service is an absolute joke. Extremely slow, and understaffed, changes need to be made!!!Save yourself the time and go to another location.

Fresh out of the fryer, the Chicken sandwich is amazing! Huge portion, white meat, juicy, great crust.

This location needs managing! Pulled up to the drive through after waiting for 25 minutes in line and nobody took my order until another 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker.

So far I think Popeyes has the best fried chicken that I've ever had. 🍗and their mashed potatoes are the bomb. The gravy was very well seasoned and had a good flavor.👍

I love chicken wings and when I don't feel like cooking them I get my chicken wings from the Popeye's over off of 40. I love the staff and my wings are always fresh. And they always get my Half & Half iced tea correct.
