Hard working people they are very busy but for good reason they make great food ! You can’t blame them for not being able to be fast when they have a line out the door. Most of these reviews are just people who can’t be patient . Good food and great service

Speed is impressive and chicken is great as usual

The wait time wasn't bad about 15 minutes from entry to exit with my order. The chicken sandwich was as good as people who I know said it was.

Finally made it to get the chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. I did go during lunch hour, so it was a wait through the drive thru. It wasn't to long, no issues, my order was right, and no other issues while there.

The one on South Blvd near JoAnn's Fabric is the Best ever. Clean and Good Checken with Excellent Biscuits.

I seriously love this place way more than chick fill a. It's a truly Southern and Cajun style of chicken that makes chick fill a look and taste bland by comparison. I will always choose Popeye's over chick fill a because they are so much better. Hopefully I've written enough fluff for a detailed review.

First let me say this the first box of chicken they sold me the pieces were big as say the size of a cornish hen and hard. I say the service was great because I took the box and went inside. I told the manager nicely why I couldn't except the box of chicken and he kindly and with the best attitude and most pleasant look on his face said to me ok ma'am tell you what take that box with you and ill give you another box. The other box was the best chicken I had ever seen and tased from any popeyes I had visited. Thank you at this Popeyes. I appreciated your service.

Restaurant looked like a tornado had come though. But that chicken is just so good.

The chicken sandwiches were awesome just fries were cold. They were out of coke and didn't have mayo packs. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Still giving a 4 cause sandwich was great!!

Chicken sandwich was good but I like the other place better. Chicken strips were great.

Came over to try the spicy chicken sandwich. Not too bad and would have it again. Unfortunately, the wait at the drive through was excessively long, waiting almost 20 minutes for 6 cars in front of me. Not a place to grab food quickly on your lunch break.

The food is always typically good at this location. They could be a little faster on the drive through aspect.

Each time I come to visit in the great city of Charlotte I go to the competition to satisfy my hunger for chicken, that's not found up North. Man I was very disappointed and let down could not believe what I was eating, had to make an adjustment. I couldn't take it no longerFound this Popeyes and it hit the spot, restaurant was clean customer service great and most of all the chicken was fantastic that's the way we like it...Big big shot out to Shantee...great customer service

Great food and service. It's also conveniently located near the Carolina Pavilion 22 movie theater and a shopping center off of South Boulevard in Charlotte. Close to the I-485 stop on the Blu-Rail line.
