Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

Well, this was my first visit to Popeyes, and I must say it was really good. I had the Spicy chicken sandwich and some spicy tenders. I wish I could have given it another half star, but obviously that's not part of this rating program. Anyway, the chicken was delicious. I also tried three different sides, (the mashed potatoes, rice, and green beans.) The green beans and rice both get 5 Stars 🌟. I also got some chicken on the bone, but had to bring it home because I was too full to try it. Well now if you're wandering how it compares to the competition, well, in my opinion there's not enough definitive difference to declare a winner as far as taste, but it clearly gets a lean for thickness of the sandwich. Also, didn't have to fight the massive crowd. Can't give you a good reason why I haven't tried Popeyes until now, but I will definitely go back and highly recommend you give it try if you haven't already.

How have I gone my whole life without trying Popeyes? Ordered the chicken sandwich which was very crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I kid you not the Jambalaya is better than what you order at Jazz’s. Only complaint I have is coleslaw was bland, but at least it was crunchy 🤷🏻‍♀️

I waited in line over 30 minutes told the order taker 4 pc no thighs and what's in the box? 2 thighs a leg and wing! I did not pay for a dark meal! Then called them and the girl sighs!! And says the manager is doing something right now but if you wanna wait?! #forwhatanotherthirtyminutes
