The new spicy chicken sandwich is a phenomenon! Patrons waited patiently in line to get 2, 3 4 or 6 at a time...Talk about fresh!

It's good fast food chicken.

Food is good, so mostly customer service is what made me take off a couple stars. It's frustrating when you go midday and they offer a box special, but then say they don't have all the materials to make it. That was unfortunate but something we could live with. Then we asked for sweet heat and they ran out of that too, and when we asked for a few other sauces each (so we could see which one we liked) and the girl asks the guy next to her in Spanish how many she can give us, like we don't understand, and then turns back to us and says she can't give us more sauce. It's sad that making the customer happy is not even something a concern to places like this anymore despite all their own inconveniences toward us. They act like those sauces come out of their own pocket too...
