Worst customer service. Every time I go, I ask for ranch. They seem to never have it. Staff is racist af too. If I go alone I get treated terribly, if I ask my black friend to order I get fresher food, and they magically have ranch. Besides this issue, my last sandwich had spit on it. Will not be eating popeyes again, and possibly seeking legal consequences for the spit.

If I could give them a zero I would. This place need help bad. How do you go to a fast food place and have to wait an hour for food and they don’t even say sorry or give it to you for free. Please save yourself some time and don’t come here and on top of that the food was not hot and they still don’t have the order right

Their fried chicken is tasty and crispy.In also,there is a choice if you want it spicy or mild.I really like the spicy one because it makes the wing taste delicious.

I've been in the drive through line for almost 15 minutes with zero movement. I asked my husband to go inside and see what the hold up was, as he walked back he told me it looked like there was a car full of people getting high outside. Chilling in a white car... an employee in a blue shirt opened their car door and I assume asked them to come inside. 3 workers walked in and one car was finally able to place an order... plate number was UPB-7313

15+ minute wait for 1 chicken sandwich. Told 7 minutes at least twice. Line out the door backed up, with the staff visibly sitting at tables not working. While I'm sure they were on break, the appearance was very offputting when they were so backed up. Take a break out of view of the customers or go help make things move faster.

I have grown to love Popeyes over the years and my favorite one to go to is on Indian River. I recently moved to Norfolk so this one is closer to my job. Anyway, this location is HORRIBLE with CUSTOMER SERVICE and everyone comes off very defensive. The way they talk to their customers is very disrespectful. I understand that this location is very busy because it is the only one in the area so some customers can be rude, but that does not give the employees the right to act that way! My experience with the food is awful. The food is not always fresh, and it seem like they save old food and for someone who used to work fast food, it is mandatory to throw out after a certain about of hours. I will not be returning to this location EVER. I rather keep my few dollars and go somewhere else (which I'm sure that's what they want because they are overworked) but like I said no excuse

This had to be one of the worst locations that I have ever visited for Popeye's Chicken. To start, after walking into this location I stood at the counter waiting to have my order taken for about 10minutes because the crew had to keep telling the young lady she had someone at the counter to service. From there I mentioned to the girl that I only wanted a order of chicken and biscuit to go. She never got the order right, kept telling me that I had to choose a side and drink which I didn't want. After getting my order and leaving the location I arrived home to learn that I still was given the wrong order, plus the food was over cooked and cold. This location needs to be shut down for good, or hire employees that want to work and care about the customers. All happened on 01/19/2020 at 3pm.Make better choices and cook at home if you want to enjoy your meal.

Terrible service. I ordered three chicken sandwiches spicy with Coke.when I got to the window they handed me one spicy chicken sandwich and said we're all out of coke. Then they proceeded to tell me they are on a spicy chicken sandwiches and try to send me on my way without giving me my food.

If I want chicken that's almost as good as what I make I will go to popeyes.

All though the food I got was good, it just wasn't what I had ordered, and I had to wait fifteen minutes for the food. I ordered three piece spicy, and mash potatoes. I ended up getting four piece non spicy, and rice and I think some king of bean gravy.

My experience at Popeyes was beyond phenomenal. The chicken sandwich was good, especially since I came here on a sunday. The best part was the quality entertainment that must've been put on by the popeyes staff. Nothing beats a homeless dude dancing and talking to a guitar case while you are enjoying your food. I only feared being stabbed a couple of times. Psychedelics are a powerful thing. Don't do drugs kids.

Drive thru. Ordered cole slaw and wasn't provided a fork. The Classic Chicken Sandwich was scrumptious though.

They put my classic chicken sandwich in a wrapper that was originally for a spicy chicken wrapper causing my bun to have spicy sauce on it

I have been to THIS popeyes several times, i LOVED THE spicy chicken & service is always slow. But TONIGHT i FINALLY get to try the elusuve chicken sandwich, i waited 45min...YES for the WORST chicken sandwich EVER. So Chic-f-la your safe. Chicken didn't even cover half the bun, chicken was NOT crispy & way too much mayo. So with that being said I LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES.BUT THIER CHICKEN SANDWICH IS TERRIBLE.

Holy cow, what a mess. I went through the drive through at 330PM, was 5th in line, and left the drive through at 415PM. I was told my Spicy Chicken combo would take an additional 10 minutes. The food was hot when I got it but very bland. I don't see what the big deal is but I am definitely not going back to this place. At least the staff was courteous.
