Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Pretty much standard for a fast food restaurant. Fried chicken is what is on the menu. Pay attention to the specials you can sometimes get a better deal.

It was a long wait, but the staff was friendly and you know you are getting fresh food.

Ordered a family meal for delivery, was delivered 4 combos. I called the restaurant to complain that I had the the wrong order and was told it was my fault and to come get my order if I wanted it.

Need better time management but still good

They were little slower few years ago but they have improved greatly now. Food is really good but they've raised prices as well.

Good food, I would give it 5 stars but I just waited 40 mins in line for my food. I suggest ordering through the app ahead of time or the wait will be long

I believe this is a non essential buisness as they are handing out molded buiscuits to customers as of yesterday they need to close their doors and i will be contacting the health department so suit up popeyes

So I decided to get some chicken tenders, and they told me no and that they didn’t have any chicken left. Meanwhile there is just one person working! and they didn’t give me my order. I traveled an hour to get there and for nothing! unacceptable. never coming here again.

I admire this restaurant! They provide high class meals, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is a specialist, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the customers is helpful. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Customer service was awful. Waited 20 minutes and order was wrong. Female that answered the phone told me it was like talking to a wall... when I asked for the manager I was told he was busy. She hung up. Called back, spoke with Freddy.... was told it was my choice to wait. Her did say he would replace my meal.... terrible customer service.... with the exception of my meal replacement will not be going back to this location.

I will not be going back to the Popeye's Chicken in Waukeganthey use the same gloves that they were taking money from and touched my chicken

They canceled my order because they said they didn’t want to give me free food but I paid for it

I don't know if this place is like this on other nights but Saturday night is not the time to go here. Since the drive thru line was round the block, I decided to go inside. Big mistake! The wait time was almost forty minutes. The workers seemed frazzled and were extremely unprofessional. The patrons seemed to all have serious drug and alcohol dependency issues. One woman was in such bad shape she was asked to leave. I lost my appetite midway through my wait. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out.

Were really rude. Mostly have a good experience but lately they get mad at customers for their own fault. Order was incorrect last 2 visits and when told nothing is done.

Popeye's don't appeal to whatsoever the fish sandwich was terrible the chicken sandwich was good when it came out something different about it now food not what it once was
