Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Omgosh... Got here at 1045 they close at 11. I thought 4sure I would end up giving my order to some rude young person who was more worried about getting off work in a Saturday night. But that wasn't even close to what took place. The you g man was over the top nice and friendly. His mood was welcoming... Great staff The spicy chicken sandwich on the other hand. Yuck!

My wife an I went for the first time, and of course first impressions l, our food was cold, was told to wait on Frys so we pulled to the front. 20 mins later I went in an asked for our order and they were actually waiting on chicken, not fries the only think that was hot was the chicken sandwich, everything else rubbery, cold. We live about an hour away so we were excited... But, this is a poor excuse for customer service.

They really live up to the bad customer service rep, I ordered online and hit the "I'm here" button, I let the lady know I'm here for a mobile pick up, she looks at the screen and I guess she doesn't see my name and says you need to hit the I'm here button, which I did. Then she yells at the team and mentioned are they pushing back online orders. She finds my order and asked me to wait longer or take what we have , which I did because I didn't want to wait any longer.
