The staff was amazing. One of the workers Ms. Carmen was totally awesome. She helped us with the best respect and love I have ever received from a resturant. Carmen was a fantastic manager in the making and I look forward to going again just to see her again spreading her Love for her customers.

The encounter started out pretty unfriendly and with zero customer service from the young lady who took our order. She wasn't helpful with suggestions and seemed to be put off by us trying to decide what we wanted and never smiled! However, while waiting for our order, I observed how kind and accountable the manager was while dealing with customers returning inaccurate orders while at the same time leading his team-awesome customer service. And...low and behold, our order number was called and was just as requested! The chicken was freshly made, pipping hot and delicious! Best I've had in a long time. And, once finished and walking out of the door, I looked back to the young lady who took our order and caught a slight smile. That was the iceing on the top of a great meal.

I have to thank the crew here for a great experience. Took out a tenders dinner which was delicious and almost more than I could eat. All the items were tasty and fresh and the restaurant itself is clean and was across the street from where I was staying. The staff was all smiles and the young lady (had a band-aid on her nose, didn’t catch name) was helpful and friendly. Best Popeyes ever!

First off I hate the horrid smell outside the restaurant! I went to try to famous chick sandwich...It had good flavor but it wasnt omg I going to run up in jail for it. Good flavor good quality meat. But fries were no good. The wait is out of the world. The sandwich went through me faster than a rallys chicken sandwich. 30 mins tops i have to release the demon. I wont be going back. Enjoy the smelly death defying dietary chick sandwich!

Good food and service

Waited 45 min. In drive through line. Did not get my drink. Chicken was good.

The chicken was too greasy as was the french fries. The new facility is very well done.

The new and improved Popeyes was super good super fried and the service was super friendly. I am speaking of new one on Apalachee Parkway, as for the others I cannot vouch for them.

Spicy chicken is not spicy, only the added spicy mayonnaise...never have change for large Bill's. Drive up is slow.

Absolutely love the clean and friendly environment...The food is always hot and fresh when my family and I go. The manager Tabitha and her employees are awesome. Customer service is outstanding. Hope it continues to be a great place to eat at.😊
