Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My first time ever in a popeyes and I've returned a few times. Food so far is always fresh and hot! Great place to eat! Tables were all dirty inside though.

The best biscuits of any fast food place.

It's always delicious but the red beans and rice I ordered the rice was definitely not done and there is usually a wait

Customer service was excellent everyone said welcome to popeyes with so much energy as I walked in ....they were communicating with each other as they called out the orders and dropped the food I was very impressed with all the staff

My food was good but not hot and some sent there's back because it was cold! And for fast food it slow!

I like the food but the problem is that the girl that is at the drive thru trys to hurry people up and sounds rude when you take your time to order thay need to be like order when you are ready. I rate a 2 for poor service.

Food is good. Little disappointed when I ordered over the phone and was promised my food would be ready when I arrived, and when I got there, it wasn't even started and had to wait 25 mins for them to cook it.

Food is very good and reasonably priced. service is very slow or I would have rated it a 5.

This time was better than the last time we ate here! Forgot the sauces I asked for several times. But OK other wise.

I always enjoy a Popeye's treat from time to time. I don't live very close to one so when I am closeby, time for some spicy chicken and Cajun Mashed Potatoes. Yum!!

Normally I'd be giving this place 5 stars, but this time, as I ordered my usual ( chicken tenders with red bean&rice and some mashed potatoes) but when I got my food, the chicken tender had basically no meat inside and was basically just breading, and my red beans&rice had basically no rice. It's been downhill recently ever since their Chicken sandwich came out, and I just wish they could step their game back up so I could enjoy their food again.

Tenders both mild and spicy are great. Jambalaya, red beans, are good also. Fries are mediocre. Annndddd then there the biscuits. .. those dang expensive delicious biscuits. I always get two or more when going here. They are a nice salty and buttery treat. Prices are a little step for what popeyes is though, but I as many other will still eat here.

Food was good, not greasy as it can sometimes be. Some of the prices went up. So what was on the board was not accurate. Other than that it was a good experience.

Cashier was very friendly, recommended doing the survey, and helped me get free 2 piece with biscuit. Line was short and good was ready quick.

My First Visit And It Was Bad🤦‍♀️. I had to bite sandwich twice to just get chicken and then to see how small it was like they may have dropped it bk in grease to reheat and it shrunk. So Now Our Dinner Is Garbage and $14+ wasted. Gn
