Great staff. Good chicken and "skrimps"

Drive through device was excellent. Chicken sandwiches and chicken meal were great.

Drive-through was alittle slow, but chicken was fresh out of the frier. So good made me want to change my religion....

Went for the Popeyes chicken sandwich (as was everyone else in there) they had plenty already made so line moved fast and o got my order withen seconds of ordering. Sandwich was good, it's a bigger piece of meat which makes it a tad dryer and harder to eat than I like, and could use a tad more seasoning. But the pickle was good and I loved tje fries. Hadn't been to a Popeyes in years before this.

Counter staff was most unfriendly and untrained I've seen in a long time. My grandson remarked these people hate their jobs. Not asked dine in or to go and was given to go at the inside counter. When given my receipt there was wasn't even a thank you. I purchased the fish and shrimp and the fish was badly overcooked. Shrimp were good. Complete lack of customer service. I was ignored when I returned to the counter to get cocktail sauce and finally the drive through employee was nice enough to get me sause while the other 3 employees chatted. Many options for food in Annapolis. I doubt if I will ever go to this poorly run place again.

Service could have been better

This was by far the fastest Popeye's location I've been to since the Great Chicken Sandwich Famine began earlier this year.The place is small and cramped. They seem to have addressed a seating shortage by filling most of the floor space with tables. While convenient for sitting, the tables are so close together that it requires a lot of cooperation amongst strangers to get everyone seated. There is literally no room between most of the tables.Food was good and fresh. I opted to NOT eat a chicken sandwich, but rather fried chicken with the skeleton still inside to satisfy my primal urges.Honestly, if the place was a little larger, it would have gotten an extra star. I was just a little uncomfortable devouring my crispy chicken pieces worrying that crunchy birds of breading could accidentally fling into my neighbors mashed potatoes.

Food was normal. Drive-thru was pretty slow. Cashier inside was a little hard to understand but very attentive & got the order correct. Bathroom was filthy however, it was just after lunch rush. Whole inside could use a good scrub down from grease buildup. You cannot even see thru the window on the employee door due to smeared grease.

Pretty good, but the chicken was slightly undercooked. I'd still recommend the fries.

I had the chicken sandwich for the first time the classic one is the best on my opinion. Thank you Popeyes for the great experience

I love Popeye's and stopped in at this location as I drove from DC to Delaware, but I was disappointed. There was a constant shuffle on who was doing what - I had a different cashier than the two people in front of me who each had their own person so that was a bit chaotic and it took forever to order. Then my biggest complaint is that I ordered two buffalo sauces and got one buffalo, one cocktail so I had to eat plain tenders. I didn't check my bag before I left so it's partially on me, but the guy getting my food also didn't check and they must have had sauces in the wrong bins. It had taken so long to order and get my food that I was just rushing out the door back to the road.
