It's good. Service was good. Just always seems like trashy people keep it from 4 to 5 stars. Wal-Mart of chicken people

Mmm mmm mmmm! THE BEST chicken out there for sure!!

They got the order wrong and they were kind of rude and unfriendly. The food was good but it's not gonna be my first choice for a chicken place.

The food is great and the staff is nice (honestly they should probably be paid more), but they always forget my mashed potatos.

Was excited when Popeye's first opened in New Albany. We would drive to Jeffersonville to visit the location there so this is much closer. When this location first opened it seemed well managed and ran and the food was of good quality but the last two-times I've visited (which will be the last two times) the food wasn't nearly as good (tasted like it had sat out too long) and the staff wasn't nearly as friendly. Seems like this location has gone down hill quickly.

I FINALLY tasted the illustrious Popeye's Chicago Sandwich. It was very tasty, as expected! Unfortunately...for the LIFE of me I still cannot fathom what was sooo good about that sandwich to cause such public mayhem across the country! I enjoyed my sandwich much better after the storm had passed.

Brand new location, by Kroger on state street. Chicken was good, cashier was not 100% with menu yet. Got our order in about 2 minutes before we had our sodas made. No parking on one side. Have to cross drive thru lane to get in.

Come on y’all. Y’all need a better attitude and need to learn how to listen. Told them no gravy on my mashed potatoes and they couldn’t get that right. With God’s gift of chick fil a next door i don’t see how y’all are still open with the customer service i received. It took 10 minutes to get 2 chicken leg combo and a spicy chicken sandwich which was dryyyyy. Do better.

I LOVE Popeye’s, and yet, I don’t understand why they ask ‘hot or mild?’, or ‘what pieces would you like in your order?’, when that is disregarded completely. Tired of getting the opposite of what I tell them almost every time. The chicken is very rich, almost tooo rich after a few pieces. Besides that, I love it.

Not a giant fan of a lot of the food items but the original chicken sandwich is fantastic when you want a cheat meal from your healthy lifestyle. Staff was super friendly and service times were reasonable. Depending on the time of day traffic in and out of the main road can be a bit of a headache.
