Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

To be perfectly honest, they're either a hit or miss at Popeyes. We originally had two locations if you're from this area because there use to be a location on Dawson Rd where Titlemax is in the former Kmart parking lot. In my opinion, they were so much better, when they had competition, but every year they seem to get worse. I reside in NW Albany near the mall area and I honestly don't wanna drive to Popeye's for disappointment or attitudes, so I usually only go if I'm truly craving it. My last visit was a while ago ( I wasn't a happy camper) and I've returned to Carter's Chicken in Lee Co. The chicken is amazing (both fried and baked) and they have awesome customer service with greetings of "baby" and "honey". You really should give Carter's chicken a try Brian and you'd be pleasantly surprised. Good luck on your fried chicken excursion!??

They are very busy during lunch because they are the only Popeyes in town. They are always understaffed.
