Chicken cold hard. So getto. Slow slow slow as hell. Lobby always nasty every one stands around talking about their own business.

They move very slow and sometimes get your order wrong but overall the food is decent

Worst place ever. Rude workers. Long lines and then when we pull up, all of the workers are horsing around in the back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was at popeye with 5 min I ask her was my order was correctly before I pull off I had to back in drive thru they forgot my chicken

Chicken was hot and fresh... Side came well prepared and seasoned.. Will eat here again

First of all.. The cashier Shamear was Rude! Took some 40 min to get a small order. No napkins... And the bathroom! That was discusting!

Good food. Chicken sandwich was pretty good. Not worth the hype, but real tasty. Staff seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere instead of working. Not rude, just disinterested and unhelpful

Food is always fresh and hot. If not they will remake the order. Never had an issue with the staff or my food. Wish they stayed open later!

This Popeyes could be a little more efficient but overall it's pretty good. At times it can be very busy. The food of course is delicious and we will be back.

The eternal battle with Popeyes, for me, is that I greatly enjoy their food, while always finding myself hoping that I don't have a sub-par customer service experience.On my most recent visit, the employees I interacted with were a bit rushed at the drive thru (but, given the line, that was pretty forgivable). Unfortunately, they screwed up my order, and I didn't notice the error until I was more than 10 minutes away.When I tried to call the store back on their listed phone number, the first few tries ran to a voicemail box that wouldn't take messages because it hadn't yet been set up.Disappointing in the extreme, yet I can't deny that when I have a taste for Popeyes, nothing else will do.Given a choice, however, I'll try to stick to their North Olmsted location.

Slowest drive thru I've ever sat through, staff is rude and tried to charge me way too much for my food. I only gave it two stars because the food still tasted good. I'll never go back
