The service is sooooooooo slow there is always a problem with either the store not opening on time, to the place closing earlier than what it's supposed to. On a brighter note the chicken sandwich is great

Drive through closed. No fries available. No soap in the bathroom. All the tables were dirty, crumbs on every single one. I get that they're only paid $13 an hour but come on...Food was otherwise okay.

Got was accurate. Food was yummy. Batter on the chicken was very crisp. Service was pretty slow. Would have given more stars if we didnt have to wait 25 minutes.

Chicken wasn’t fresh and taste good. Expensive for what they have to offer. Definitely not worth it. I will not be back I only have two stars because the lady was new and had patience!

This place is terrible... ALWAYS super slow service, bad attitudes and quality is not at all worth any of it. Tried it 3 different times hoping maybe I just had a bad run of luck but will never come again. I love Popeyes chicken in general but this location is worth avoiding

Great service the food came out hot and fast , and they were very nice would definitely come back .

The service is horrible. We waited in line for 40 minutes before getting our food. After we got our food were were missing stuff and were charged for it. The manager was rude and stood around just talking around playing around with the other workers like a bunch of teenagers. If your getting popeyes you have a better chance going to a different one than this one. Almost asked for a refund.

I am a doordash driver and when I went to pick up a customers order in the lobby I saw the manager coughing ALOT on food and money. Nobody was wearing gloves either. The manager even made fun of me when I did not want to come up to the counter. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional.

Come on Popeyes you’ve gotta do better. Why is your lobby closed during business hours? Why is there not a sign posted about being out of chicken sandwiches? Why is the wait for the drive thru 20 minutes. Management needs to be fired. This is ridiculous. Please, please, please let this be seen by the a regional manager or someone that can make changes. This store is a disgrace to the corporation. Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option because that’s what this location deserves!

Never a good experience going to this location. Although the food can be good the service is horrible from extremely long weights , mixed up orders , rude employees or drive through call box out of order .

Swung by for some blackened tenders for me and spicy chicken sammich for my son. The food was fresh and great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was almost no wait. Huge improvement over the last time we visited a month or two ago. Hope they keep it up.

Past few times we have gotten the chicken sandwich it has been low quality, nothing compared to the first time. The chicken seemed old and not a very good taste. Probably will go back to getting the chickfila one instead. The quality has dropped tremendously.

Expect a long wait (more than 35 minutes already)! Poor staff and service. Needs better training! I would not recommend this location.

If I could give this store less then a 1 star I would. They've closed the lobby (it's only 6pm) and are making everyone go through the drive thru. It's at least 10 cars or more deep. They're management should be smarter then this when putting out the chicken sandwich when they already know they are the slowest fast food place.
