Love the chicken as always but once again missing and wrong food AGAIN ordered 3 mash and gravy 1 beans and rice and i got 3 beans and rice 1 mash and gravy. If you go CHECK TO SEE IF THEY GOT IT RIGHT BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF.

Orders take forever to prepare; food items on short supply or not available at all, couldn't wait the 45 mins necessary because l was on a work day lunch so l donated my order to another waiting customer, l would say this is a franchise issue cause this is not the first time this has happened won't ever go to this establishment again

It was my first time being in Popeyes and the ladies at the counter was helpful in suggestions. When I got the meal home, we finally got to eat it and it was good! We'd love to have a Popeyes chicken in our town or nearby.

Good sandwich, way to much sauce on it , kinda got sloppy. Cashier ran out of money and had to give change back in coin .

Would give zero if I could. No one was taking orders in the drive-thru, so we went inside. The employees were yelling at each other instead of making food. Terrible service, never coming back again.

Drive through attendance ask "is that all?" after each item I ask for. The chicken sandwich is nothing spectacular. Any side I asked for the said "we out".

Long line at the drive thru. They helped a couple vehicles and then decided to close 35 minutes early instead of helping. They came out and excused the situation by saying that people are buying 20-30 sandwiches at a time but they aren’t doing anything about limiting this. Great management needed at this location to correct the problems.

The chickens tenders are my favorite! The breading on them is soooo good. Everything was hot and tasted great. The coke freestyle machine is a plus as well. The restaurant was clean and so was the women's bathroom. No complaints.

Service is horrible I went thur the drive thru to have park and come in twice the drive Thur lady is rude the manger didn't know nothing about their own special. I'm socked they didn't run out of shrimp like usual I guess it will a few month and a whole shift change before I return 86th and Michigan popeyes... Y'all get two thumps downs once again
