Tasty chicken sandwich..enjoyed the pickles!❤

I give the restaurant three stars. Believe me it is not for the quality of the food. The chicken like always was amazing! The three stars is for the amount of time you have to wait to get the chicken! If you want to enjoy your food, you had better set aside at least thirty minutes before you get it! Every time I have been to an Indianapolis Popeye's restaurant it has consistently been thirty minutes or more!

Customer service could greatly be better!

First time I have tried Popeyes since they rebranded. The spicy chicken sandwich combo was delicious, the service was pretty quick and they were nice.

Popeye's Fried Chicken on West 16th Street is not one of the greatest places for fried chicken that I would like to go and eat at but it said there for a convenience I did in fact that it's just there for convenience of the managers and some of the employees there I just like they're working for a check they're not working just serve you the customer and have the fresh hot chicken that they should have up so in the other case maybe is that a lot of people don't patronize that five 5 because of the location that is seeing in the way they clean up with Carrie I've never seen the grease cleaned and nothing like that and you know some of the chicken has a tainted taste to it after it's been fried in old grease.

Slow service. Seem to always be out of something every time I go. The staff is friendly and food is good but sometimes the wait is too much.

Looks like it's hanging on by a thread! LOL!! Just kidding!!! It's a nice place!!

I got a cajun Turkey and the staff engaged me in a wonderful conversation about how to cook it and let other customers know how good the cajun Turkeys are. This is the second year I have went to this location and they still had some and gave me excellent service.

I'm a long time Popeyes fan, but I don't get the hype over the Chicken Sandwich. Frankly, Wendy's and Arby's do it better. How the heck did they cram so much crispy breading in the center?Also no napkins available at this time. What?!

The restaurant has the best southern taste inside a bucket of chicken around!

Clean and fast service. The chicken breading is about the best of any fast food chain any where.
