Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I arrived 5 min before they opened, and they opened at 10:05. Kinda busy but food was hot and fresh. Place is clean. I'm trying the hyped spicy chicken sandwich and oh boi, this is crazy good. It's salty but zingy. Great when match with Cherry Coke. I bought 4 and the all look alike. Big pieces of chicken and buttery buns. I can see why people would go Crazy.

They are always out of soda and I'm not sure if they are really busy, but it always seems to be messy when I come here. I really like their food but sometimes it's not really fresh or at least seem stale.

I got the 2 for $10 box with fried chicken, mashed potatoes, Cajun fries, and biscuits. The flavor of the chicken was good, but it felt really fatty... I'm not just talking about the fried bits, but I took off excess fat from the chicken. The mashed potatoes were kind of a disappointment. It was chunky and kind of grainy. The gravy also wasn't the best. The Cajun fries were good - probably my favorite part of the box. The biscuits were pretty good but kind of dry.Overall, the food wasn't that great, and the staff weren't the friendliest bunch.

What is this??? I asked for fish and shrimp, they wont have that, then they billed for wings as an alternate. When served the girl said no wings either!!! Then they manage some regular chicken which I never wanted to eat. Mashed potatoes was chilling cold and looks old, who want to eat a cold mashed potatoes. No regular coke in the vending machine. They might have even saved there with free flavored coke from cocacola promotional offer which no one buy. No napkins, no sauce nothing. Never go there again. Always messed up people. Fatty chickens too.

The food here is hit or miss. The service needs improvement. Almost every time I place an order, they get it wrong. Either I'm missing an item or they give me the wrong order. If you go here, double check your order before leaving.

I've been to a few Popeye's locations recently. This one is by far the worst. First of all, the customer service is quite poor (which is actually somewhat expected at Popeye's). Staff wasn't very friendly. You have to specifically ask for a napkin, ketchup, or anything really. They charge you for sauce. The piece of chicken on the chicken sandwich was about 1/2 the size of what you'd expect. And, it was dry and didn't taste fresh at all. In the end, I was left questioning if this was actually a legitimate Popeye's franchise.
