Great stuffThe food was great.This is a place if you want to have some chicken literally.There’s only chicken on the menu (spicy or regular)I didn’t like the French fries but that’s just my personal opinion.

Service was poor orders was backed up servers was confused the rice and beans was mushy and the flavor was off

Waited on line for 30 minutes ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Paid for the chicken sandwiches. They came back after I waited 15 minutes offering me other options because they don't have sandwiches. If you run out of sandwiches post a sign so that people don't wait. Let your employees know ... But don't offer me chicken strips when I paid for a sandwich.

Terrible service!!! They alway closing early! My family were waiting on the line almost 10 mins and the man just came and tell us: “everything sold out, we are closed!” At 5:45. What a terrible service. Never back to this location again!!!P.S. i living in Staten Island. I always go to the mall shopping with my kids. I alway saw they closed early and with still so many food. They just throw all the chicken into the garbage!!!

Just another Popeye's. Had the spicy chicken sandwich here and service appears to be disorganized. Servers would not give napkins or dinnerware unless you ask. Not a bad place to get a chicken sandwich from if Chick-Fil-A is busy, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy food from them. Food was fine.

I wish I could give this place zero stars so that it could match the total amount of chicken they had for sale today when I went (quiet hungry I might add.) I got to the front of the line and was told there was no chicken, just fries. Who goes to Popeyes for fries? Nobody. Not even the lady in the Popeyes commercial enjoys Popeyes fries so to say that all you have for sale today is fries is almost insulting. Why stay open? Close your doors and head home with your head hanging low. 1 Star for you Glenn Coco.

Bout time this Island had a good fried chicken quick stop aside from kfc. Look,its not remotely healthy, but if you're interested in having a cheat day, this is a good option.

The ladies at the cash register wouldn’t acknowledge me while I was waiting on the line. They were busy having a conversation amongst themselves. When I was finally given the chance to order my food, they interrupted me midway to continue their conversation. This is just rude. Don’t expect any customer service.

I just paid $10.22 for 3 small pieces of chicken Thigh, leg and a wing. It comes with biscuit in mashed potato and a drink.

I love Popeyes, their fried chicken is some of the best on Staten Island. The service can get slow if there's a rush of people inside but the chicken is well worth the wait

The chicken sandwiches (mild and spicy) are both very good.
