Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Honestly when it comes to Popeyes it is hard to move away from the stereotype. But I LOVE ME SOME FRIED CHICKEN. Popeyes to me is the best place to do it other then the corner chicken joints in New York. I can never just go it for something small. I have to get the chicken tenders and 1/4lb popcorn shrimp. The mack and cheese and cajun rice is complementary. I do wish they bring back the beer can seasoned chicken rip apart strips. Now that is some Southern Hospitality.

If youre lucky, youll get this pleasant young lady to help you. I wish I remembered her name because she is one of the only nice ones ive truly came across at this location. Most of the employees are rude, miserable, and have a horrible attitude.

Employees are incredibly rude. Just because they hate their jobs doesn't make it okay to disrespect customers and forget basic manners.

They provided excellent service. The store was clean despite construction going on. Food was great made to Popeyes specs perfectly!

INCREDIBLY slow service. At first I thought it was because the new chicken sandwich but nope, the employee are just taking their SWEET time. Over 25 people were waiting for their food.

I absolutely love Popeyes, but this place is a joke almost every time that I come in. There is no urgency to get anything done. The staff appear to be hanging out more so than being there to do a job and serve their customers. My frequency as a customer would improve greatly if I didn't have to wait so long every time I place an order. The majority of the staff here are the epitome of incompetence. Often times when I'm deciding where to eat, I reluctantly choose McDonald's or Taco Bell over Popeyes. Sometimes it is just too painful to watch the lack of customer service skills behind the counter at this Popeye's location.

Why do they leave that sink water running all the time shame waste of water I was having anxiety watching it run for all that time we waited over 20 min for our food and we sat and ate it there and water was still running when we left I brought it up to the woman attention and she just walked away with attitude

Waited about 30 minutes for some tenders, and we didnt even get what we wanted. The staff was very lazy and rude to us and other customers. Please pick another popeyes if you can

The Smith Street location is terrible. The store is filthy and the workers don't care. A customer dropped a whole soda in front of the counter and they didn't clean it up. They're also not very friendly. I deliver for Grubhub and I always have a long wait. I hate coming here but there's not much I can do if I have a delivery.

Best chicken sandwich in the game. Pro tip: try the mardi gras mustard or sweet heat dipping sauces on the sandwich if you get bored with it
