Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

After stopping at the Popeye's in Milford and waiting in line just to find out they had no shrimp (which is heavily advertised at their store), I stopped at this location since I was traveling through anyway. The gentleman waiting on the drive-thru was very personable and friendly. They were very busy and the food quality slightly lacked most likely due to it, but it will not deter me from going there again.

The chicken sandwich is very very good

The fried chicken parts are very good. They have that homemade taste. But that new chicken sandwich I found it very mediocre.

After getting a fresh sandwich I was satisfied..

Not bad. Would give a 5 star but the chicken strip I got from here was ALL gristle. Thankfully I got my girls leftover piece or I would of returned my meal. Other than that good was great.

Employees are pleasant. A bit slow to receive your order. Aside from this, this Popeyes location had no overpowering Grease scent, this is an indication that their fried food items are cooked with fresh frying oil.

The service was slow, every car got parked. The mashed potatoes did not taste like their typical potatoes. Usually they are so good and a little spicy, this time they were not. I ordered food that was not advertised as spicy and it was extremely spicy. A little spicy is ok but my food was too spicy. I was not impressed this trip.

It was ok, falling off a bit. Getting stingy with the fries!

Great chicken. Good service!

The food is always good. However, sometimes they forget something like biscuits or a side. The customer service is hit and miss but mostly a miss. When you pull up through the drive thru they don't greet you they stick their hand out for your money. Then hand you your food and shut the window without a " bye or thank you". They have a attitude on their face like they are doing you a favor by half way doing their job. If the chicken wasn't as good as it is I wouldn't go there. So for the food I would give a 4 or 5 star but for customer service I would give a 1 or 2 star at best.

I love Popeye's spicy chicken. It has to be fresh though. The Popeyes in Dover has good service. I finally tried the chicken sandwich everyone is going crazy over. I didn't feel like I needed to beat anyone up over it. Lol. It was good and I would get it again. I really like the sides that go with the meals.

I really like the biscuits and fries but I have been trying their specials and haven't found a consistent chicken course that I would go back for. It's ok but no outstanding flavor I would buy more than once.04-15-18 I have narrowed down my favorite now to the 5 piece spicy chicken fingers with beans and rice and a biscuit and it is delicious! Moving up the 4-star to a 5 star rating.

Went to the drive through and ordered my food and my order got messed up. The 2 ladies that helped went above and beyond to make sure my order was corrected. Very good customer service and the food was awesome as always.

Good as usual especially the tea!
