Fast and good service. Food was above average for Popeyes standards.

This place will receive your order, consider it, and then give you something completely random and different. You want onion rings? Have some fries! Order a coke? Have some ice tea instead.

Finally got the long awaited Sandwich(2) regular & spicy. Good, fresh. Location was busy, but the staff were friendly & didn't wait long.

Sometimes I wonder if reviewing fastfood chains has any real value aside from a way to vent a negative experience. That said, I stood in line for 20 minutes to be told at the register they were out of chicken sandwiches and my first two choices for sides. The cashier was not only apathetic to my situation but rather annoyed at me. For what I don't know. Perhaps my mere existence. Anyway, the chicken I ended up with was decent.

Of course the chicken is good, my only issue is that I went here twice for lunch and on both occasions they got my order wrong.

They do have the sandwich in stock and they get out orders pretty quickly. Been several times and never had them mess up. As far as fast food goes, I'd say they're pretty reliable and that's all you can ask for when your paying $4 for a chicken sandwhich.

The manager with the tattoo on her face was really nice

First time at a Popeyes! Food was good. Super hot. It's a busy place in there. Some employees didn't seem to be super excited to be at work. I'll visit Popeyes again for sure!

It was good, had the famous chicken sandwich, with red beans and rice, and a hot apple pie with lemonade!!😋😋😋😋

I didn't know that they moved it across the street from where it is now. Pretty nice!

This chain and it's food might be really freaking good but this particular Popeyes on 14th st In DC needs an emergency employee training bootcamp on customer service. It might be a fast food restaurant but that still doesn't justify the lack of professionalism in customer interactions that most of the employees have. And from what I can tell the slow/almost lack of acknowledgement and communication with people that: have already ordered and are waiting, and people picking up uber, post mate's, doordash, etc. Deliveries is FRUSTRATING! Especially when there is one person at each of the two registers taking orders (the only consistent people in customer communication) and there are maybe 3 4 5 sometimes 6 or 7 other employees somewhere right behind them at the front counter not acknowledging anyone really.

Service is reasonably quick. The staff is very courteous and the food as usual is great - always fresh and crispy. Have already returned twice.

Great Customer Service. The Manager Desirae is focus on fast and efficient service with attention on correct orders and satisfaction for every customer. Team work in motion as they get orders prepared during peak and slow times during the day.
