Well, I had to see what the fuss over the chicken sandwich was all about. I got the spicy one and actually enjoyed it. Can't say much about the service. It was like I was inconveniencing them when I asked for napkins and ketchup.

Mainly because of the customer service at this location. Love the people who work here. They greet you warmly and very rarely are in a bad mood. I appreciate that especially after a bad day at work. The food is given to you hot and correct. The chicken and biscuits are consistently better than their competitors.

Yummy for my tummy. I love this chicken. Nice and spicy. Not bland like that KFC crud. And I got a great deal with doing the survey on the receipt. Two pieces of chicken and a biscuit free with buying a large drink. Sweet tea is my fav. Nice and clean restrooms and parking lot. Friendly staff. Jazz music in the lobby. Go for it. They have fish and other stuff too. Sides are great.

I attempted to order the new chicken sandwich. Upon receiving my order, I didn't check the bag but wondered why the cashier gave me a spoon. I didn't realize that they gave me a shrimp combo with mashed potatoes until after I got home. I'm giving it 4 starts because the shrimp was actually good lol. Took away 1 start for my incorrect order.

Drive-Thru line is too long. Good food but need better process of getting the food to the customer without waiting close to 30 minutes.

Fast food sometimes is necessary and for the most part I've learned not to expect much of the service. But this place was above the bar, very curtious cashier, very clean serving area. Super friendly and respectful, even wished us a Merry Christmas as we walked out the door. Pleasant experience for sure!

As always, the food was great. But I went through the drive thru and they forgot to put part of my order in the bag, so I had to go inside. However, the service inside was great. At least 3 people asked if I had been helped and it didn't take long to get the item I was missing... Maybe 3 minutes at the most. Everyone was very nice and they apologized for forgetting my missing sandwich.
