Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have been sitting in this drive thru for 20 mins before it even moved, I finally got to the screen to order and she was incredibly short with me and when i couldn't hear what she said, she yelled "I SAID HOLD ON!" to me. I then pulled forward without ordering and after 40mins I JUST got out if the drive thru line. Worst drive thru experience I've ever had. 10/10 do not recommend.

This is the fourth time I've visited this location since the change in management. The improvement is amazing! I know that it's had problems in the past, but Sam, the manager, Cassie and Jenny are working so hard, and being so responsive to customers, that it seems like a new store! I would definitely recommend this location and the staff!

Hit or miss: I have been to this Popeyes location on two separate occasions. The first time the staff were great, they had exactly what we all wanted and it was an overall good experience. The other time we went and the staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t nice by any concept of the imagination to be sure indeed. Now, I know exactly what you are thinking, it is a Popeyes so you shouldn’t have such high expectations. Absolutely, certainly, one hundred percent agree. sometimes great sometimes no chicken. Yet, allow me to pose one question to you, the reader. The question is this: should the guest not expect that a chicken establishment have chicken? When Popeyes is good it’s good and when it is bad it is bad. Try the chicken sandwich. They are a lot of salt(if Popeyes could make them with less salt that would be exactly what the general populous desires)
