We ordered the box meal which came with pies and not once did they ever tell us they don't have any pies. So we ended up paying for something we never got. When we tried to complain, the woman behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. They didn't get our orders right and made no apologies for their mistakes. Will never come back to this location.

Very bad service. VERY. Cannot express much more. Cant even get the chicken count/ amount right and then they say they give what I paid for... spending 50$ is hard for them to process. Maybe they get 2 peace meal right. Good luck

This was the worst chicken experience i've ever had. 1. My chicken was clearly old. Like as in Jewel Chicken was better2. They barely gave me any fries.3. I got regular instead of spicy.4. It was raining, and the ceiling was leaking, I slipped twice. There are several leaky water spots in the ceiling.The only reason I didn't run out the door was that I needed to catch m train on time. The staff was very very friendly, but one of the workers warned another coworker to watch out for the water. He replied: If I fall im going to be the next general manager.Never stopping here again.

Rasheed took my order and made a suggestion that I didn't see on the posted menu so I could get what I wanted without costing too much. The whole crew working tonight handled this big old Fat Tuesday crowd like champs. Kudos!
