Ordered inside to bring some food home to my wife who was resting and waited for over 30 minutes along side nine furious customers. Management at the time was horrible in dealing with the customers who were appalled at the wait time with no communication. They kept taking orders and couldn’t resolve the ones already taken. One lady tried getting a refund and even that was taking several minutes because only one register was active. There was nothing easy or smooth about this place, just high tension, poor service, zero customer satisfaction and a food was lacking. I never write reviews, but there definitely needs to be some reexamination from upper management. Until then, stay away!

Food was good. The man at the window failed to put napkins and our requested bbq sauce and honey packets. So their customer service is very much lacking!

Not too many cars. Line was faster than I expected. We ordered using the app and our order got screwed up somehow. The chicken sandwich really lived up to the hype. It was delicious 😊

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I have to on this one. When I opened the 2 chicken sandwiches I had ordered both of them had an overload of mayo that I had to wipe off on the side of the sandwich and the chicken was flavorless. I’ve had Popeyes several times before and know exactly what the chicken tastes like, so I tried the chicken by itself, and sure enough, the chicken was tasteless. Worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I also had just plain water which also had a very disgusting and repulsive taste. After a few minutes of eating both sandwiches, my stomach hurt to the point where I couldn’t even get out of my seat. I had to sit there with my head down for a few minutes before I could even try to stand up. I have never felt more stomach pain in my entire life.

I tried the Chicken Sandwich here for the first time and it was great!!! I'm not a big fan of mayo or pickles but I decided to order my sandwich just how it is made. I did not regret it! The chicken was juicy, making the sandwich very tasty! I really enjoyed it and recommend this place, the employees were amazing and the food was given quickly even though it was packed! Amazing!

6.99 chicken sandwhich meal. Rings up 7.34 then you are asked did you want a med or large drink with that, i said med since only 2 choices. Rings .60 more for med .60 tax. Both popeyes on 192 do this. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND SHADY. (ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE THEY SOLD ALOT OF CHICKEN SANDWICHES CAN I START A CLASS ACTION?)

The Best Time Of My Life, no shrimp in breading, fries weren't fresh-STIFF; customers were told it was "Closing Time" with all this chicken on rack. I think u know whose homes it went to! What more can I say!!!🤭🤭🤮🤮🤮🤮 Warning!!☠☠☠☠☠☠ -⭐'s if anything!!

WORST POPEYES EVER! Tried for 10 minutes thru the drive thru and nobody took my order! So I went into the store to order and I had to request a refund after 15 minutes waiting for my order. Employees were there doing nothing because they were so disorganized... beware of the people you’re hiring. I won’t ever go back

Decent. Needs a little better organization or possibly employee training.... but the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

They are very understaffed. I went thru the drive thru and they told me it be 5 mins on the chicken and I said no problem, they told me to pull into a parking spot which i had no problem with. 20 mins later i had to go in to ask where my food was and the line was out the door. The poor girl was running the drive thru and front counter. Cooks were even tryin to help people but just not organized. I blame management but the food once I got it was ok. Chicken was hot and crispy but the sweet tea tasted like the container it wa slept in had not been cleaned in a month. And the red beans and rice was so runny it looked like they didnt have enough to fill the order and tried to fill up with water.
