I rarely come here but when I do I always get the same, 3 piece spicy chicken tender meal, and it's always crispy no matter how long it's been sitting out. Biscuits are always good but make sure you have a drink. The spicy chicken sandwich is a hit or miss. This is actually the third time trying the sandwich at the location and it was fresh and look at the picture!

Food is good! Line was long but the wait was not. A very busy store in heart of center city. I gave 3 stars because cleaning staff not "on the job" keeping dining area cleaner!

When it's Popeyes... the fried chicken and biscuits must be really good! Good thing they bring this back home... in Manila recently. This one in Philly has a cute store. Their restroom is locked and only legit customers can use it through a manager's passcode. Bums outside usually recklessly use their WC.

My preferred place for delicious Chicken. Super appetizing. Not close to my job, I wish it was.

Juicy and crispy, this place has excellent fried chicken among all of Popeyes locations. It seems like the taste of Popeyes food varies a lot by location. Every time I bring their fried chicken to my friends that usually don’t like Popeyes, they will love the chicken from this place. However, the huge line there all the time is not entirely cause by the delicious food. There’s definitely place for the management to improve.

The food was hot, good, and tasty. Service quick and polite. It’s Popeye’s so it’s a pretty standard menu, just like the one in Pittsburgh I’ve eaten at. The seating area is limited, and folks seemed to hang out even when they weren’t eating. Men’s restroom is locked and you need to ask to get “buzzed inâ€.
