This place has such a cool vibe. The salads are creative and fresh but it's the unique sandwiches that I return for. Dining partner "dreams about" the Spanish Meatloaf.

My wife and I were in Manchester, VT for a sightseeing day trip and, strictly by chance, stopped at Ponce for lunch. We are so glad we did. Great food and atmosphere, and their prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the experience. The people there are all very courteous and friendly. The owner even spent a few minutes answering some questions we asked about photographs decorating the wall and he talked with us for a little while about his place. We felt like family. Ponce certainly exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely stop again the next time we visit Manchester. Jim and Kim Frustere - Wilton, NY.

Such a unique and thoughtful menu. Everything was delicious. The service is relaxed but friendly, so be prepared, they run at their own pace. So many locals came through to talk with the owner, they are clearly loved by the community, always encouraging to see.

Hands down the best place to eat breakfast in Manchester. The changing opening times are frustrating, but I will not hold that against them because the food is spot on, and the atmosphere is great.

An unusual breakfast menu. More European than American standard breakfast fare.Food was excellent and the orange juice authenic fresh squeezed.Service was efficient and waitress friendly.Will be returning on our next visit to VT.

Best NY strip steak and some of the best coffee.. I come to eat here all the time. What makes me know that the owner really cares about his restaurant is when he is out of town there is no dinner menu he personally makes the food just perfect

Great service and food. My wife had a the Smokey Blue salad and if was a sizable portion with generous amounts of blue cheese and bacon. I had the Olive Tapenade & Serrano Ham sandwhich that came with a side of pasta salad. The bread was crisp and chewy and the sandwhich was great. We also had the cheddar tomato soup which was also great. Outdoor seating and BYOB without a corking fee.

Really nice restaurant!! A real home feel to it. All of the people who work their are amazing and make such great food. Recommend to everyone, it really gives you a great experience.

Good food, was disappointed in last visit. A week into the new year, but server said no homemade soup or quiche due to "holidays." Panini was fine, but lettuce was substituted for spinach.....should have been mentioned.

Wonderful Ambience. It was very relaxing.The service and people are warm and friendly. We brought our own wine bottle and they, graciously, corked it for us. We are vegetarians and they were able to customize our dishes. Both the food and ambience were great. And we loved their desert.
