This place opened close to my family's house. It's a great local neighborhood spot. Something that was missing in this part of Almaden. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Pizza is pretty rich and has high quality ingredients. This is my new spot to order from when visiting family.

I have ordered from Pomodoro Pizza a couple of times, the customer experience and quality are exceptional. My pizzas were ready on time, and the service is friendly and professional. The pizza crust and sauce though...even after an hour the pizza crust was still crispy, not at all soggy, and the sauce ranks up there with the best of them, deep and flavorful.

My 2 star rating is generous. Uninspiring, bland, and expensive. If pre-made commercially bought dough, cooked on a conveyor belt is your thing than you'll love this place. But if you are searching for high quality fresh made authentic pizza avoid this restaurant at all costs. Will not repeat.

First time eating at this place since it's new ownership. Right away you feel a good vibe with his nice tables and chairs. Far better than the previous round table. So before even getting the food I already had good expectations. The owner cares about his business a short conversation with him can confirm this. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a Medium Sicilian pizza, which was plenty food for one person. He serves you the pizza fresh out the oven on a wooden pizza plate. I never liked tomatoes on my pizza however his took me by surprise I didn't mind them at all! Everything tastes 100% fresh with no bad after taste or bloating you got from cheap pizzas and cheeses like little ceasers. The pizza is different and thats enough for me. He has his own style and he'll be taking my money as long as he's here! Great bottled root bear also!

First time ordering from Pomodoro and we were impressed! Ordered the large 3 meat pizza on the Slice app for a total of $37.40 which included a support local fee of $0.95 "This is invested into new tech and services that help pizzerias like Pomodoro Pizza succeed" We didn't notice the extra fee. Although we're all for supporting the neighborhood businesses. It would have been great if we were given a choice. Anyway, the pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese snd the tomato sauce. Will return to try the other choices on the menu!
