Service was appalling, did not acknowledge our booking. Finally gave us a tiny table in an overly cramped room at the top, and a bottomless brunch menu after 20 minutes and being told 6 times that we had booked. We actually left rather than eat there, and had a lovely brunch over in Spitalfields instead.

This was a lunchtime treat. The food is good with lots of variety and good portions.While we were there we saw a burger carried past that must have been 60cm tall...The ribs and sandwiches are good. Toilets are clean. I Enjoyed the food there.

It's a great bar for a drink and big-time people watching. Get there early though. It's not super casual. Amazing fried olives at the bar!

It also depends on the size of your party. Getting a reservation for 2 - 4 is a lot easier than getting one for a larger group.
You can get glasses at the RL mansion or on-line, but not at the restaurant
