Great authentic Spanish cooking I love coming here the food is always so fresh

Way better than most fast foods. It seems like they shrank the size of the beef churrasco but the quality is still there. Their sauces are awesome by the way, especially the guava BBQ and Pineapple Rum.

Awesome as always. Pollo tropical is my first and last stop for food on Florida trips. Consistently amazingly flavourful chicken with some equally flavourful sauces to mix it up. Keep up the good work!

So happy they have plant based options now

This place is something else. They have plant based options more which is great for my dietary restrictions but the issue is that this place is so backed up ALL the time. I waited for almost 20 minutes while a young lady waited near the drive thru menu taking orders for the cars in front of me and they were constantly changing their orders. Regardless, food was decent but was much smaller portions than other locations. Add that to the wait time and it was an overall miserable experience. Won't be back.

I Came From Pennsylvania and didnt know there was a Pollo Tropical I've been Craving for since my return From Puerto rico 3 years ago and it was the worst experience I waited like 35 min for my food. Looks like the crew was very lost Rice and beans were very cold and the Chicken was not 100% done . Very dissatisfied

iMe gusta Pollo Tropical! This is the best place to get a REAL chicken burrito bowl. I thought I was hungry enough to get the large order for lunch, I ended up eating the other half for dinner. The chicken is real chicken carved off the bone not heated up from a bag already in chunks and drying out on the grill. I wish there was one closer to where I lived. Best grilled chicken place.

Legit latin/Caribbean-style food unlike bougie places like Chipotle that you can eat fairly clean from a fitness perspective

you can see how your chickens grilled and you can taste how your chickens grilled not too many semi fast food places do it

I have visited several times. Each time I asked them to cook the food well done. I always have to send food back to have redone. No drink lids. I mentioned that they are out of tea, they did nothing about it. Won't be going back

I have tried twice now. Both times they always forget something tonight they forgot the dressing for my salad and cheese for our fries. Not happy

Had white rice black beans and chicken.. Delicious 5 thumbs up. Staff really nice as well. very attentive. Will defensively go again.
