Wish could give a more precise score of 3.5 since ei do truly like the chicken and plantains. Sauce selections are good. If you want good chicken fast with good service, I would totally recommend.

The chicken at Pollo Tropical is so flavorful and delicious. And ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS consistently good! Their 1/2 chicken or pulled pork is what I usually go for and they also have great side sauces for dipping and the beans are full of flavor. Their sweet plantains and boiled yuca are always really good as well. You can never go wrong eating here. Always satisfies!

Great place foa a quick lunch. This restaurant was very nice and clean, few people, the staff was very nice and the food was great as always. Just visited again, last time it was packed and got a 4 stars, now it gets 5 stars. Good parking lot.

Food is usually good, but the customer service could be a lot better. The guy tonight as cashier was really hostile and seemed to be agitated at everything. Overall not a horrible experience but he could use a customer service class or two soon.

Very impressed with our first visit to Pollo Tropical. We were looking for something different after reaching plenty of burgers and fries on our vacation. I had the quarter chicken and white rice, which was great. We will certainly be heading back again.
