Food was great but the waiting at the drive thru took forever

Good food, fast services, but the girl that I asked for the salsa gave a all spread out on the bag. As a result I did get any salsa to eat. Please be more careful.

Good service fast. Food served correctly. I tried there mini sandwiches, one of each flavor. The corn fritters were hot, fresh and good.

Really this is some delicious tasting chicken. Don't forget it's made on the grill as soon as you order. The family meals are delicious. And all the side dishes they have are very good.

They always get something wrong. if they don't forget something They over cook the chicken or the fries and yuca are not freshly friedAnd uneatable. It's a shame

I’ve coming to this pollo tropical for about 2 months now there’s always a problem, either take the wrong order or forgetting something from the order...what a joke today was my final trip to this establishment, make it me wait over 20 minutes to get my order for something I didn’t order...never again.

So much for an express location had to wait 40 minutes for an online order that I placed ahead of time. If I knew that I had to wait that much for my food I would of just gone to a sit down restaurant.

It is suppossed to be "Grilled tp perfection....not so it was almost burned to perfection and very dry"...you guys are not cooking like tge furst time you opened and the portions are now smaller....Not good at all.👎

Terrible experience. Did not get all I ordered and as it is drive through I just realized at home and no one answered the phone. Portions very little. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
