Pollo Tropical

One employee speaks English, the others cant even read the orders they make. Oh and btw I think they are skimping on the steak. Food is good, chicken is always delicious, and the place is always clean. Only down side is the language barrier, I cant stress the severity of that problem. How many times do i have to hear profanities from that assembly line worker, never in my life have i heard someone be called gay in Spanish at a professional establishment. I bring my kids and they look at me like wth is this lady going off on. Crazy, but anyway good place, not for everyday though.

I love Pollo Tropical, but I don't like this branch. The last 2 times I have been there, food has been terrible: burned chicken, cold and dry rice. Too bad, Pollo Tropical is always a good choice to make a quick run and take home.

Subpar customer service. Is it difficult to hire people with basic manners? Or do they go out of their way to hire people who treat customers like garbage?

The grande meal comes with chicken, beans, rice, pork and plantains. Staff here can’t seem to get it right. My husband and I order this meal often and they always leave something out. The staff really need to be educated on this! It’s not the same as the family meal. Please be train the staff on this meal! We filed a complaint with customer service.

My husband bought a tripichop yesterday and it had a hair. We thought it was just an incident. But I bought a soup today and IT HAD A HAIR TOO. This is disgusting. Definitely not gonna eat there again.

Food was good. Employees talk and argue amongst themselves while customers wait eternally for their food. They messed up my drive thru order and had to go back, get off my car and go inside. While there I witnessed two other customers orders missing items.

I like Pollo Tropical very much and visit up twice per week different locations. However, this location I did really like and enjoy so much more. The place is smaller and atmosphere very relaxing. Restroom super clean compared to other locations. Food as delicious as all others. Nice place.

I had to take a picture of this Pollo Tropical because is the only Pollo that I know that has a grocery / Cuban cafeteria 😂. Good service and I didn't have to wait long for my meal. I had a sit down and it was pleasant.

Food is great, prices a bit steep, like the plantains. I got a dinner once and the piece of chicken was so tiny it looked like it came from a baby chicken. They made good on it but they should have seen the discrepancy in the size and made the decision themselves to add another piece. Anyway they're very courteous and polite.

Avoid this pollo at all costs. Horrible customer service (specially by the muscular female team leader & cleaning lady’s). Wait time is always long, even when empty. Cleanliness is what you can clean with napkins.. just a bad branch overall

Window attendants are happy and quick with my order, good black beans, rice and well done chicken, tropical flavors its best and it is convenient when not in the mood for cooking.

rude personnel not helpful everything you asked for his know I asked for food for a party of 10 told them to put it in a large container they refused and put them in individual containers I asked for a larger container for the sauces cuz the ones at the sauce table were really small and she refused to give that to me she told me I had to do it with the small ones after asking her three times she finally gave me two of the takeout containers for black beans. No one there ever smiled no one there ever said thank you. I would not be surprised if this particular branch is losing money and I would not be surprised if they close down

I came to order half a kitchen combo and was told I had to wait 30 minutes. They can do better then that.
