Nothing I wanted they had available, wings combo, dulce dip. Why advertise food if u do not have. To sloppy place.

Bad customer service, no sodas, no cup for ice..if you go there you have to take your on drinks. Employees behind counter with bad attitude when ask for other options.

I GAVE IT A 5 STAR BUT IT WAS A 10 STAR PERIOD

It's great to see fast food places like this one making an effort to accommodate the vegan community. Great stuff.

This place use to be one of my favorites to go in the drive though and get a fast meal to enjoy at home. However lately it has not been as great. The last three orders my "all chicken meal" consisted of 4 chicken breast, looks like those chickens do not have legs. Also yesterday, even tough they were just 4 cars in front of me, I was 45 minutes on line. They need to get back to what they used to be.

We won free pollo bites from the Miami Heat game and those along with the bowl did not disappoint!

The food is good for fast food. But the service in the restaurant and drive through is so terribly slow. I skip the restaurant when I see a line with more than 4 cars. I’m sure I’m not the only one. They must be losing business due to their inefficiency

Ebonee was extremely rude, I waited for over 10 minutes to pick-up food. She didn’t acknowledge me while I stood in line and I was the only customer who hadn’t been assisted. Once she finally spoke she was rude, took another customers order while I was waiting, packed an order for someone who wasn’t even waiting and placed it on a table in the back, then she fixed my food. She has horrible customer service skills and I’m sure that during these difficult times someone would be happy to have her job!

Pollo Tropical is better than ever, improved over the past, faster more inspired service. Good food, quick - where else to find good take-out ribs and grilled chicken that available through their many locations everywhere?

This place is more like you expect from Pollo Tropical. It is clean, the food was excellent and the staff is friendly. The restroom needed attention but everything else is up to par
