Food was great , but my concern is that the staff is very negligent and rude to the customer and It took five minutes to have someone help us and that only the cashier was wearing a hair net. Very unsanitary. Mandarin store needs help.

This is my fav place to eat at all times customer service is always professional as well as courteous food is always fresh the wait is never long during lunch time thank you for ur service I wish I could rememebr the cashiers name who always takes my order you are the bomb ! ❤️

Great service really fast great people really polite

Ate there late on Friday evening on 7/12. Got food poisoning and was sick for 1.5 days. Think it came from the onions from salsa bar. When I asked for Pineapple rum sauce, was told they do not have any because it was recalled. Last time I will eat there

I went for grilled chicken to grab fast dinner. I like the chicken although is could use some more time on the grill. Staff were not very friendly, but I have seen worse. the atmosphere was nice and inviting and clean. I like the sauces they have and will go back for sure.

As always, Pollo Tropical never disappoints. The chicken is mildly greasy, but the sauces and the chicken together are always just right. Their cilantro garlic sauce is TO DIE FOR (if you like cilantro and garlic). Service was fast and accurate even on Father's day. The plantains were sweet and cooked well.

Food is priced right and tastes delicious. It tastes very close to home-cooked food.

We ordered the Grande Family meal in the drive through (there is no inside service yet). We paid extra for extra sides. We paid and were told to pull up and they’d bring out our order. When we got home we found that they’d forgotten about 1/3 of the order and the extras we ordered as well. The whole chicken was very dry and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. They forgot the plantains, the rolls and the sauces that were part of the original meal but also forgot our extra sides of pork and plantains. We ended up throwing out the inedible chicken. Not a good experience for $36.

When they first showed up in Jacksonville, they had great food at a great price. Now like most everything else, they trended downhill with their offerings. Use to have a nice side bar with lost of choices, now not much to offer and food seems to good from good to stale.

Husband brought me home a salad with about half a cup of water in it. I’m guessing they ran out of salad dressing and tried to stretch it with water. Took one bite and threw the whole thing away. If you can’t make a basic salad you need to kill yourself.

Healthier fast food option at a reasonable price

Worst service ever. Everytime I go there it's literally 20-30 minutes to get the food through the drive thru. It's ridiculous.

I’ll change my review once you bring cornbread casserole back. TF wrong with you for getting rid of it anyways

Drive Thru wait was a bit long, but the food was worth the wait.
