The best pollo tropical ever !! the chicken portions are not smaller than normal! The beans tasty so good !! The spice of the food is perfect !! The best !!

Great chicken, Caribbean soup and fast service. Even the mango iced tea was great.

Great staff and always cheerful to help u have the best customer experience possible. Plus they always have mash potatoes or if they are out they will actually make more for you... some of the other locations always run out before 7 PM and refuse to make more.

Consistently good and fast. We go here about once every two or three weeks. I like the food. However, lately, the tables are rarely wiped off, the garbage gets taken out, but takes a half hour to get put back. We'll keep coming but the staff needs to spend a little more time wiping things down and moving a little quicker. A smile every now and then can go a long way too.

This is my favorite quick family meal. $32 for a whole chicken, 3 large sides, a large pork Tropichop & side order if Mojo Pork...For us 3, it's dinner & 2 days worth of scattered leftovers. The staff here are awesome, beyond such excellent workers. They make it look easy. They all work together like a fine oiled machine. Best Pollo Tropical I've seen, this one's in another class compared to the rest I've seen & been to. Absolutely amazing. Every single worker here deserves recognition, they are all top notch.

This was the first time in many years that I ate here. It was busy but the employee was kind enough to acknowledge our presence. Thank you for that. She was friendly throughout the visit. I ordered the half chicken with black beans and rice. I loaded up at the condiment bar with jalepeños onions salasa, garlic cilantro and guava BBQ sauce. Only complaint I have save was that my 1/2 chicken looked more like a 2 piece meal. It was the smallest chicken I had ever seen. So disappointed I was it made the whole visit sour for me and I'm not sure I will return there again. It's a great place to eat after a heavy lifting workout.. it I just wasn't enough food for me and it usually is. I hope all their chicks arent miniature size. Sorry Pollo, your cook should have known better than to serve a half bird that small. I'm generous with 3 stars but your food is still good even tho it's small and had been cooked awhile before sending it out.
