i always have problems with online delivery services through here. Also when I call the store no one answers. Very disappointed because this happened two separate occasions with two different apps. Apparently the food takes over 45 minutes to come out when estimated 20. Maybe fix the time management on the app or dont have online orders as last priority maybe. Im not ordering online ever again from pollo. And not likely to buy their food again out of discontent

The people are very nice but the store is pretty dirty. Especially the sauce bar!! The tables were very sticky like they had no one to clean the place as the day goes on. And it always like that!!
