The place is horrible. It was the worse costumer services. And last month ago, i went to the restaurants and i got this coupons that it get expired till january 5th 2020. And Manager yessica didnt want to take them Monday December 30th bec supposibly is not in the system anymore, they were even rude , i ask for cup of water which is supposed to be free and they wanted to charge and plus i order 8 pieces combo and it was only 6 pieces in my order.

There is always shortage of Tropical chicken, they give you what they want as far as if you want white meat, must of time they offer only legs, and wings. Last time they were out of bread, and the last nail was NO ICE on drinking machine.

Loved the taste of their chicken it was definitely a different taste from fast food chicken! I loved the sides variety and they plus they have homemade tortillas!!â¤

Food is good but frankly their taste is going away. They're blending Mexican recipes into a restaurant whose origin is in Guatemala. Even the restaurant lacks culture,before you could see a wall painted with Tikal, Antigua Guatemala and other centers of attraction to display Guatemalan culture but its all changed for the worst

Chicken was amazing and so were the sides of beans and fries. I really enjoyed the chicken empanadas and yuca fries. Sadly, this is the only location that is closest to me. I wish more locations opened.
