My family can't appreciate the real sourdough culture more than we already do. This is hands down the BEST bread we've tasted since moving here from California 10 years ago. And not even in Cali could you find croissants so incredible. The EXACT right amount of richness, flake, and flavor. You can also tell they use superior quality ingredients with every bite.

Polestar has become a staple in our house for the most amazing bread we have ever had. I have had issues with eating store bought bread, but the spelt bread from Polestar Hearth gives me no problems at all.Typically there is a rush in our house to see who is doing the bakery run. It took me a few weeks to realise that the reason was not people being helpful, but the store baked Almandine !
