My favorite poke in New Haven!

Don’t be fooled by the hefty price tag - the small bowl is *small*. Teensy, even. I think more food could fit in a coffee mug. Ingredients were fresh and all but there were maybe two modest slices of avocado ($1.50 as an add on) and so much sauce for such a small bowl - the food was swimming in it. I had decided to try this place out because they offer salad instead of rice, but I don't think I'd order again unless the bigger bowl is a better deal. Way too expensive for what you get.

Best poke in new haven. Cheaper than other joints too.

Really Good & Fresh

This poke restaurant is inferior to Pokemoto, which is located two blocks away.First off, the food was not good. I ordered the New Haven bowl, which has a promising set of ingredients. Tuna, salmon, seaweed salad, cucumber, pineapple, etc. Where the dish fails is the masochistic amount of wasabi mayonaise that is added to it, which makes the bowl painful to eat. I would say that my food from Pokemoto was superior in quality and quantity.This place is what I would call a glorified street stall. The only place to sit is on a small bench, which is seen in the photos. There is no bathroom, so be warned.The best part about this restaurant is that it is located one block from Vivi bubble tea shop, so that you can wash out the wasabi taste with a bubble tea.

Bit pricey for such a small bowl. The staff were not friendly as some of the reviews have wrote. I might have gone in a bad time. But aside from the subjectivity of human amiability, I find the fish surprisingly little in amount. The taste was ok.

Terrible place. I had parmesan and garlic chicken. I wasn't looking for this. I was looking for sauce. That was a shocker.

Fast and fresh food. Great flavors. I would come back in for sure!! I got the Seoul bowl and my wife got the Tokyo bowl. Heres was a bit fresher tasting with the radishes and arugula while mine had better over all flavor. Both were quite good!!Large bowls and speciality bowls were 11.95 small were 9.95. You can pick your down ingredients if you so desire or select from a few off their board.No bathroom and limited drink selection are about the only downfalls. A beer would have gone very well with the food but we could have easily taken it to go and found a quite spot to grab a beer anf enjoy.

Excellent quality and very accessible cost. Tried a lunch to-go with co-workers and was great. Tried a custom large bowl. Will definitely go again.
