Poke It Up

Great place for Poke in Madison. The staff was really friendly, patient and ready to explain any doubts. They really care about customer service. The bowl was really good and the portion was very generous for an $11 bowl. Highly recommended!

I am the owner of the restaurant, and just want to clarify one post. One recent post said they had a poke bowl with a fly in it. First of all, the logo on top of the bowl is Poke Plus, which is located on State Street. There is a Poke Plus’s logo pictures in the album, anyone could go and compare it to the logo on top of his bowl. Our name is Poke It Up and our bowl is purchased through Eco Products and has no restaurant logo on it. Secondly, our regular price is not $9.43, we have a menu picture in the album as well. Everyone can check the price out. I sincerely ask this customer to remove his/her review, especially pictures of Poke Plus’ s food. Thank you very much. At last, thanks again to those who appreciate our food

Staff = awesome. High quality, delicious ingredients. Tuna is super fresh. Portions are almost double the size of other poke restaurants in Madison. Very affordable.

Definitely the best poke place in town. The serve a great portion of food and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. It's a must go place If you love poke.

The food is good. It's a small restaurant that's rarely full. I get a sushi burrito which is very good but frequently starts falling apart because it's super full.

Best Poke in Madison hands down. I eat here at least once a week. The staff are so kind and accommodating and the poke is fresh and delicious. You really get a bang for your buck with up to 7 toppings included. I love the spicy tuna with spicy aioli and eel sauce.

The service is great too! Always very accommodating and engages in conversation with us.Quaint little unassuming place. Old worn country feeling.I ordered the charcuteire plate and beef bourguignon. Both dishes were delicious and simple. The beef had amazing rich flavors and I mopped every morsel.I wish they had more of a cocktail list.

Very good place to try various poke

How I wish my hometown had something even remotely this nice. You Madison-ites don't know how good you got it .... until it's winter and then you don't... but until then, enjoy everything else! Including this magnificent little gem in your city. My favorite exhibit are the adorable river otters. Super fun to watch!

The store owners are incredibly sweet and understanding people. The food is delicious and no matter what you get, it will never disappoint. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing which I really love.

Besides the good taste and generous amount, the staff is so friendly and caring that when they saw me coughing, they even gave me a large bag of lemons and found drugs for me... Home-like experience!

Food was tasty! Some of the veggies looked a little dry but the proteins were great. A little pricey than other poke places in town.
