Fantastic Oysters. Great Menu. Yummy wine. Good service. Nice trendy atmosphere What's not to love? I left at 7pm, wishing I could go back now, lol.

Really good food and service. Only room for improvement were that the fries, of all things, were slightly overlooked. They we're crunchy like potato chips.

My wife and I came here on a whim and we are SO glad that we did. The drinks were on point (recommend the Thirst Trap) and the escargot was to die for. The wait staff was friendly and very understanding. We had the seared duck breast and the mushroom risotto, which were both perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. We would highly recommend the Plumb Oyster Bar to anyone looking for an amazing dinner with a quiet ambience.

The upside is the oysters are delicious and they offer some decent drinks, haven't seen a Michelada on the menu since Mexico! I was pretty underwhelmed by the brunch and the service however, the black bean burger was pretty heavy with little flavor, just mashed up black beans. The burrito was pretty decent though and their potatoes were probably the high point. Service pretty slow, got the oysters before the drinks... and they seemed overwhelmed when the place wasn't busy at all for a 12:15 brunch. I'm sure in the evenings for drinks and oysters it's 5 stars but in terms of my brunch experience I'm giving it 3.

Great happy hour deals on drinks & $1 oysters. Staff were friendly and the decor is really nice. Very modern, open and fresh feel. I ordered an old fashioned and it was amazing. I was not a huge fan of the calamari. I appreciated the crisp batter, but the calamari itself was over cooked. I also wish there was more sauce drizzled on it.

What a great dining experience! The decor, atmosphere and music were on point and the waitstaff were very pleasant, attentive and helpful. We started off with some oysters, which were really great (my first time trying them!), and we ordered the cauliflower steak with coconut risotto & the fried chicken sandwich for our entrees. The chicken sandwich was tender and not too heavily breaded, and the rosemary parm fries were delicious! The cauliflower steak was a unique entree and really tasty; for me, the coconut risotto was the highlight of the dish. The prices seemed comparable to similar fare in the area, if not slightly less. We will definitely be back!

We went for the oysters but ended up ordering an entree as well. The food is a little pricey so we stuck with burgers and fries. The food is uniquely seasoned and satisfying.

The food was delicious, the non-alcoholic drinks were amazing. I had walked in off the street and asked if they could host a vegan and they did an awesome job, my wife and I will be back soon. The perfect date night.......thanks Eric.

The bartenders were very professional and friendly. The drinks were amazing. Looking forward to going back to try the food. This is not a place to go if your looking for a cheaper place to eat, however they have good happy hour drink specials.
